Under**Exchange Policy:**

Our exchange policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be damaged or defective when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We exchange only for the same product. 

**Non-Exchangeable Items:**

– Gift cards
– Downloadable software products

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your exchange request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item for exchange. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If your exchange is approved, then your replacement item will be processed. Please note that we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@cre8tastore.com, and send your item to the following address:

**Shipping Costs:**

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your exchange.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For higher-priced items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
